Nutri Track Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nutri Track ("Nutri Track", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Nutri Track mobile application.

Nutri Track is a nutrition and weight-management application that lets users enter personal information, calculate nutrition targets, record meals, and view nutrition and progress information.

1. Information We Handle

Depending on the features you use, Nutri Track may handle information that you enter into the App, including:

Age
Gender
Height
Weight
Activity level
Nutrition or fitness goal
Meal and food entries you choose to record
Nutrition and progress information calculated from your entries

The App may also use food and nutrition information included with the App to provide food-tracking and nutrition features.

2. How We Use Information

Information entered into Nutri Track is used to provide the App's features, including:

Calculating BMI, BMR, and estimated TDEE.
Calculating estimated daily calorie, protein, carbohydrate, fat, and water targets.
Supporting nutrition and weight-management goals selected by the user.
Saving meal entries and displaying nutrition and progress information.
Keeping information available when the App is used again on the same device.

It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. 3. Where Your Data Is Stored

Based on the current App implementation, user-entered profile information, nutrition results, goals, and meal records are stored locally on the user's device using local application storage.

Nutri Track does not currently provide user accounts or a cloud synchronization service for this information.

4. Data Sharing

Nutri Track does not currently sell, rent, or share the personal or health-related information entered into the App with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

The App does not currently use entered profile, nutrition, or meal information for advertising or targeted advertising.

If the App's data practices change in a future version, this Privacy Policy and applicable Google Play disclosures will be updated.

5. Internet, Analytics, and Advertising

The current Nutri Track implementation is designed around local storage and does not require an online user account for its core nutrition features.

The current version does not intentionally collect personal information through advertising SDKs or analytics services.

If analytics, advertising, crash reporting, authentication, or other data-processing services are added in a future version, this policy and the relevant Google Play disclosures will be updated to accurately describe them.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Information stored by Nutri Track remains on the user's device until it is deleted through an available App feature, the App's data is cleared, or the App is uninstalled, subject to Android operating-system behavior.

Because the current version does not provide user accounts or a cloud database, Nutri Track does not maintain a separate server-side user account containing the information described in this policy.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the App's design to protect information stored by the App. The current version stores the described user information locally on the user's device rather than transmitting it to a Nutri Track server.

No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect access to their device and keep their operating system and App updated.

8. Children's Privacy

Nutri Track is not specifically designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a dedicated child account or online registration system.

Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided information to us should contact us so that the matter can be reviewed.

9. Third-Party Services

The current version of Nutri Track does not require a third-party account for its core nutrition features. The App uses software libraries required to provide its functionality, but the information described in this policy is not intentionally sent to third parties for advertising or sale.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Nutri Track's features, data practices, legal requirements, or third-party services change.
